Landscape Laborer

Responsibilities: Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, mulching, mowing, and trimming. Assist with the installation of landscape features.

Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Crew Leader

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscape laborers. Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Landscape Designer

Responsibilities: Create landscape designs and plans that meet client needs and preferences. Work closely with clients and crew to bring designs to life.

Irrigation Technician

Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems. Ensure efficient water usage and system functionality.

Requirements:

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair system issues.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Account Manager

Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
